Hunter Green Romantic Tutu or a lyrical/contemporary skirt dress

Beautiful hunter green and white romantic tutu with attached leotard. The tutu is not stiff at all, it’s very soft. This type of costume is often referred to as a lyrical or contemporary skirt dress. The glitter details are actually tiny moons and stars. The costume comes with 2 matching arm bands that are not attached to the dress. From the shoulder to the crotch is 20 inches in length and the waist is 20 inches wide with another 3 inches of stretch. The nude colored straps are adjustable. There is no zipper or buttons on the back, only an elastic.
