By submitting this registration, the participant understands and agrees that: Submission does not guarantee acceptance or placement. Dance Xchange LIVE will confirm participation separately. No deposit is required with this registration. Any applicable table or vendor fee will be communicated and paid separately. Participants are responsible for their own merchandise, payments, refunds, taxes, equipment, staffing, and customer transactions. Participants keep 100% of their own sales. Participants must comply with venue rules, setup instructions, safety requirements, and event hours. Merchandise and displays must be appropriate for a family-friendly dance event. Counterfeit, illegal, recalled, unsafe, or inappropriate merchandise is prohibited. Participants are responsible for supervising and securing their merchandise and personal property. Dance Xchange LIVE, BuySellDance.com, The Event Center, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, and organizers are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or transactions between participants and customers, except where liability cannot legally be waived. Event schedules, layouts, instructors, and operational details may change. Photography and video may occur during the event and may be used for event promotion.
