By registering a participant for Dance Xchange LIVE, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in dance classes, workshops, demonstrations, and related activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, illness, and other injuries that may occur during physical activity.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Dance Xchange LIVE.

Medical Authorization

I certify that my child is physically able to participate. If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary and I cannot be reached, I authorize emergency medical care for my child. I understand I am responsible for all related medical expenses.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless BuySellDance.com, Dance Xchange LIVE, Margeaux McCarthy, The Event Center, instructors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, participating studios, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in this event, except where prohibited by law.

Photography & Video Release

I understand that professional photography and videography will occur throughout the event.

By registering and attending Dance Xchange LIVE, I grant BuySellDance.com, Dance Xchange LIVE, photographers, sponsors, media partners, and their representatives permission to photograph, film, and record the participant and to use these images and recordings for websites, advertising, social media, promotional materials, and future event marketing without compensation or further permission.

Event Policies

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely.
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Schedules, instructors, and classes are subject to change.
• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• BuySellDance.com and Dance Xchange LIVE are not responsible for purchases made from independent vendors or studios.

Agreement

By signing below, I certify that I am the participant’s parent or legal guardian, that I have read this waiver in its entirety, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all terms on behalf of myself and the participant.
